GrabStack

Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of GrabStack named as the seller on its App Store and Google Play pages (“we” or “us”). By downloading or using GrabStack you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Using GrabStack

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use GrabStack on phones you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not:

2. Your screenshots

Your screenshots belong to you, and we claim no rights in them. GrabStack only deletes a screenshot when you ask it to, and you are asked to confirm each deletion first, by your phone or, on Android 10 and older, by GrabStack. Depending on your phone, a deleted screenshot may stay in a Recently deleted album for a limited time before it is gone for good.

3. Stack suggestions and fair use

Stack suggestions are optional and only work after you agree to send the screenshots you pick to Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Pro also has an automatic suggestions setting for new screenshots, which is off until you switch it on and agree to it separately. Suggestions are made by AI and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.

The free version includes a monthly allowance of screenshots that can be sorted this way. Pro includes a much larger allowance that is meant for normal personal use. The current allowances are shown in the app. If an install sends far more requests than normal personal use, or tries to get around the limits, we may slow down or pause its access to stack suggestions. Everything else in the app keeps working.

4. GrabStack Pro subscriptions

5. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded GrabStack from the App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for GrabStack or its content. If you downloaded GrabStack from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

6. Changes to the app and these terms

We may improve, change or remove features over time. Stack suggestions depend on outside services and may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date and tell you in the app.

7. Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects those rights, and nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you started using GrabStack, or for business losses, because GrabStack is for personal use. Please keep your own backups of screenshots that matter to you.

8. Ending these terms

You can stop using GrabStack at any time by deleting it. We may stop providing stack suggestions to an install that breaks these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections that the law of your country gives you.
